How big and how much is a tent to hire: Sizes range from 400, to 1000 capacity. Spec. can be found, here. Tent price's range from £500 upwards, dependant on your requirements.. Please email your event date and location for a quick quote.
DJ bookings: Our resident mashup DJs are available to perform at your event. Give us an email with more information.
Is the brand available for club nights? Yes, we do clubs and festivals!
Can you put the tent-space on either grass or concrete? Yes, we have the most secure fixtures for both. Leaving minimal signs of ground damage. ​
Are the tents fully weather proof? Yes, our heavy duty tents are purpose built to withstand adverse weather. With removable weather deflective side panels all round, which makes it versatile and easy to adjust to any weather changes. Certified to the highest wind rating. Built to be relied on!
Can a stage be installed in the tent? Yes, we can fit a decent size stage inside - 3.5m high (truss) / 700mm high (platform) / 6m wide / 3m deep). We have our own custom design truss structure for solo acts too.
What kind of events do you do? We work with public or private, indoor or outdoor, community events, special celebrations, weddings, birthdays and so on.

Do you train people for this kind of work? Yes. We have an initial induction and a full T.E.S.T course (Temporary Event Structure Training).

What is the smallest tent you hire ? The smallest we do is 12x18 meters.

What are the basic prices for all options of equipment? Here's a list of hire prices. This can vary dependant on things like location and duration.

What is the biggest tent you hire ? The biggest we do is 18x30 meters. We can go bigger if you need.

Can you help us with our own management plan? Yes. Our event guide is free to download. If you book us, we also provide a management plan within our own document bundle. These documents can be vital for people doing events for the first time and wanting the know how.
Can we use your media for our own promotional purposes? Yes, all customers are provided with a high-res media pack as standard!
